I have to think about this one. It is an odd question.

It's a question they've been asking for decades. It goes along with opinions about the President and Congress. I suppose they would feel guilty if they left out the USSC in the survey. But what does the answer really mean?

There was a recent survey about Germany wrt WWII, a good many Americans thought that the US and Gemany were Allies during WWII.
