Neither the Bush Administration, nor I, consider them to be POWs. You will notice that Europe and the Red Cross have basically shut up about it. I suggest that it might be better to "Agree to Disagree" on this point.

What is silly is to back and forth with Lawyers opinions, which the other side does not care about. The other thing that is silly is to use derogatory language, such as " so pathetic." We argue strongly here, but we find if we keep it civil, and are polite toward on another, the thread works.

You will notice as you read this thread that there are some strongly held opposed positions. In spite of that, we have been able to keep it going without it descending into "Your Another!" I enjoy having you state your opinions here, even though I am sure I will not agree with at least 98% of them. That is what keeps the thread interesting.
