Lindybill - you may have noticed (or perhaps not) that what I have posted there as "lawyer's opinion" is not in my words. The lawyer in question is responding to CB's assessment of his law background ("He cannot be a lawyer", etc), among other things, and since he is not a member of this site, I cannot tell him in which words to defend himself. >What is silly is to back and forth with Lawyers opinions How else can we discuss the issue, which is a very legal one? With your opinions? With mine? Or with CB's, who says she is a lawyer but backs her arguments with the likes of "We won the war so it is our opinion that counts"?
