John, seems to me the sniper is a type of terrorist, but not necessarily a Muslim-extremist terrorist. One of those suicide-prone cats wouldn't leave behind a Tarot card with a message saying he's "God." Wouldn't he be more likely to say he's Allah or acting in the name of Allah? Also, wouldn't one of those international extremists be more likely to blow up an entire gas station, rather than just one person pumping gas? Looks to me, so far, that this character is simply a sicko who is having extraordinary fun playing cat-and-mouse with the cops.
