Are you now denying you said the UN explicitly prohibited further military action in Iraq in 1991 and that further action would have constituted a war crime?

It's OK if that's no longer your position, in which case we can stop arguing the point, but that's not the same as never having said it. Anyway, you appear to still hold to that position. If you've changed you mind, let us know.
