Do you approve or disapprove of the way the Supreme Court is handling its job?"

I thought of this a while and I am still puzzled. Here are some ideas. If we look at the decisions and opinions and their structure, I would say that the Court does a poor job. The structure of the Court's decisions and opinions need to be improved. A standard structure should be developed and adhered to. It should result in clarity and ease of reading. Additionally, it is not hard to find "gotchas" in the opinions. That is, one justice quotes another justice and ridicules the quote. I think this nonsense should be reduced. A justice can file an opinion without the occasional potshot. There is nothing wrong with disagreement as long as it fits the Court's stature. On the other hand, I think the justices do an excellent job of staying out of the limelight.
