3xl, i hear ya. i cringed when my dad told me a family friend became aggressive around naz 4500. fired his old broker and jumped on the party wagon. waaaay too late. i'm scared to ask how he's doing. he won't starve, but i do think he likely lost a lot of wealth.

it amazes me how little so-cal people respect $300k nowadays. that's a lot for a starter home, imho. waaay too much. but people pay it now. amazing.

i always thought that was a LOT of dough that represented a lot of sweat...
