Many of my ex-military and current military friends aren't extremists, right or left, and think we're being lied to. These aren't peaceniks, and neither am I. The truth of your convictions means you go in harm's way if that is called for. The worst are those who profit from the deaths of Americans, like the oil and defense profiteers. No, I take that back, the worst are chickenhawk profiteers, like Bush. Political marches with snipers around aren't risk-free, btw. Hopefully those kinds of incidents with political consequences, like antrhax, will cease. If media and representatives ignore Americans they supposedly serve, there are few other options if you have the truth of your convictions.
