What has that to do with our discussion of the principles involved in the Stewart case? What relevant characterizations of his do you dispute? Do you believe she was merely expression "her opinion"? Here's a quote from Stewart herself, which you haven't commented on. (I saw the interview):

"I knew there was a possibility that the government would cut me off from [convicted terrorist Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman] for releasing this statement," she says, but*[the sheik] wanted this statement to get out to his people," she tells Wallace."

What that has to do with Packer's trustworthiness I can't imagine.
