Thanks, that's interesting, albeit confusing. Why, if the FCC actually could withdraw the licenses, don't they? Any idea what the spectrum might be worth. One thing I feel fairly certain of is that due to present circumstances people seem to be underestimating the long term value of this spectrum. What I'm starting to think though, despite the apparent thrust of my posts, is that QCOM offers much better risk/reward scenario.
