ROFLMAO! You read the report and carped. Wall Street read the report and goes up 270 points. Gives me a warm fuzzy all over.

And Gary Thayer, chief economist at A.G. Edwards & Sons, is the person who was quoted, not the administration. In fact the administration is never quoted in the article at all.
