I have not looked at all the numbers for SIII, but I too am a bit surprised. I guess they had a good story to tell and their revenues were up slightly. SIII press release looked for a strong second half while CHPS called for a flat next quarter. However, CHPS also stated they only have 30 to 45 days visibility and this is how the last quarter came out better than anticipated. With most un0named experts calling for a good end of the year in computers, I think CHPS has a chance to do better. My guess is that CHPS management is working to be a bit more conservative in their guidance so the stock avoids a skyrocket to 26 only to drop like a lead balloon.
