Searle, When I say Europe I include the UK because they signed on to the Euro. They are one of the line-drawing culprits I referred to earlier. The US we've already talked about ad infinitum here as apotential suspect. Even I admit the CIA might have some rogue operation going. I think the difference between us is that you suspect mostly the US/Israel and I suspect mostly the Arabs/East.
