so THIS is Bill Ford's big announcement? we're gonna cut $1 billion in costs. we have no idea where those cuts are gonna come from, but we're gonna do it. oh, by the way, we are notoriously poor predictors (understatement of the year).

yeah, Ford will be back to $20 in no time.
