<<How would you rate Mr. Ebeling's performance in Tridon?>> I have already commented on Tridon's 10-Q for 96. It was terrible. However, the Tridon story is not finished and Paul Ebeling has not tried to sell the company out, default on payments, or filed for bankruptcy to escape creditors.

<<Could it be possible that Mr. Stamm does not put as much relevance on one's past as much as you do??>>
I believe that Dr. Stamm does indeed consider the past relevant and that is why he chose Paul Ebeling. Paul had the enviable luck of discovering oil on his farm in the Midwest when he was nineteeen. He was a rich man at a young age. Unlike Peter Boonen, Paul has drilled over 100 successful wells in his life if my memory serves me right. I certainly feel better having someone at the helm who knows the right side of a drill bit.

Is Paul perfect? No way. But, in my opinion, I consider him much higher on the scale than Mr. Boonen. If you want a quantifiable amount, I would say that Paul is somewhere betweeen eleven and 81 times better than Mr. Boonen. How's that for a range?
