David, I do hold a small position in HD from long ago. It is also frequently traded. I do a lot of remodeling & building. It is understood stores do vary in many ways within the company. On vary rare occasions a trip to low is required due to proximity from a job site. In MY AREA, there is no comparison on price or product availability. I do understand why women and and urban (un)handy people feel more at home at low. For every one that has a reason (real or perceived) about hd there is one for low also.
It was unfair of me to insinuate Don is a paid basher. No company would hire anyone of that caliber for such a purpose. I do believe there is a better than avg chance he was terminated for cause (could not find the restrooms to clean?) and has developed a childish anti-mgmt anti-hd attitude. If not for the chuckles he provides the ignore button would be implemented.
