Gottfried, on the bright side virtually every site I follow that does day to day market technical commentary was so impressed by today's rally that they never even mentioned TXN's disappointing earnings. About the worst I can find is expectations for some consolidation before we should rise again. That is unless of course if support gives way. thetechtrader.com internetstockreport.com Three weeks ago I was buying shares of TXN in the low 13's. Even after tonight's warning I would be ahead if I still had those shares. Anyway, my timing still sucks. I'm trying to hang in on the short side of some shares in LLTC and XLNX. I am getting my butt kicked even after looking at the after hours prices. Plus my long positions in AMAT bought last spring while looking better are certainly far from showing a profit. So does the market (SOX) continue higher after a bit of consolidation? I know...
