I don't ever recall reading a US Supreme Court Decision where a dictionary definition was cited as precedent.

I really hope that should one day this issue get to the Court, that during the oral arguments someone holds up Webster's Dictionary and says The Bill of Rights are individual rights by definition. I rest my case.
