That's not true. It is your flawed opinion, based on an extremely narrow view of the American public. Perhaps your view is influenced by the cloistered socialist region in which you were "educated" and reside. However, it's hard to know exactly what influences flawed thought. As for your obvious logic flaw, you stated: The ultimate irony of our system is that the people who scream loudest about how much they love the US, don't even appreciate the most wonderful things about it... What does it matter what they appreciate, so long as they love their country? If it matters to you, would you like them not to love their country if they failed to appreciate the "most wonderful things" about it? How would you know what they appreciate? Would you administer a test? And if they passed the test, would they then have your blessing to love their country without it being viewed by you as an "ultimate irony"? Face it, your statement was stupid and silly. It was also hateful and bigoted.
