Can LUcent (or any other company for that matter) file for bankruptcy protection just because it would be more convenient to run a company without debt and without all those pesky shareholders? What i am saying is that the company DOES have $5 Billion--What sort of bankruptcy judge would allow them protection? Any insight would be appreciated Very long at much higher prices S Long
