Steve i agree with you in the fact that the company is way under value.If one purchases shares or averages down it must be with money that one can afford to lose.In my opinon there are 2 main factors holding this company back right now.1 is the last signature which they require and the other is the financing which is require to bring the mines into commercial production,we all know how difficult it is for juniors to achieve this at the present.
