We're in a significant bull market advance yet few are bullish. It doesn't matter what they say they are. You only need to cruise around SI to see the skepticism.

They've all been trained to look down by the correction to the pseudo bull market. They all follow price and they all believe that price predicts price. That's the core tenet of TA.

The second tenet is that price follows volume. When the volume starts happening the move is pretty much over, because the volume represents the capitulation of doubt, the increase of risk averse buyers to regretting sellers.

What are TA hounds doing presently? Trying to go short! You might do that if you're on the floor, but not if you're an amateur pitching for pennies.

Actually very few of these loud mouths go short. The just talk short, because they're short on knowledge, skill, and courage, but they're long on fear.

How do you know an advance is in gear? By the identification that you can't get long because you know a pullback is imminent. That's what you have to buy, but whenever you buy, which doesn't matter at all(Timing is nothing), you always should buy something good whatever its price.
