book value 2.98 has a major goodwill component the true book value actually is something like 35 cents..Basically a Laidlaw type of book stay away..the debt bothers me..buy HBC instead with debt equity 0.25! Book value 32dollars and 6% dividend. moneycentral.msn.com Fundamentally speaking offcourse!!
