Money well spent, since most of it goes to fund a quality military for the only civilized country, not to mention one of our only true allies in that part of the world. And, the lions shares goes right back into the US economy by way of domestic defense contractors.

That beats the hell out of buying oil from regimes who use the proceeds to fund terrorists bent on our destruction.
