<Dell's Model Fails in Other Arenas> BUT , it's AMAZING to 'me' that DELL has the consumer's mind-share --- I don't get it - but anytime, anyone thinks about getting a PC --- DELL is the focus. After friends/relative/acquaitances get their DELL ... they're generally DIS-satisified/UN-satiated ... though their mindset/assumption THEN is they got the BEST and anyone ELSE had got to be WORSE .. so, these problems they're having with their new DELL -- is OK/acceptable !! How frustrating is that for a HPQ shareholder ??
