I have seen Intel recently sampling for PC mother-boards their 82562, which seems to be out of the MRVL quartet sequence 82544 thru 82547. Who knows where that one comes from? But believe me, MRVL has the upper hand here on this design challenge. It remains to be seen, however, if they have enough feet on the street to collect all those opportunities where they are known to be the Intel cover up guys. In Europe that is not the case where MRVL still needs to get their act together. Taro
