gun control... I live in Canada where, thankfully, we have national, very strict gun controls. I hate to say it, but America generally glorifies guns and the NRA talks about the constitutional right to bear arms. This has to change and it must be a federal, executive branch initiative. This sniper has shown that any maniac with a high powered rifle can create havoc. Catching this person will not end the threat..changing the gun culture will.
