No? How about in a suitcase? Or in a FedEx package? Or, buried in the middle of a container of import goods on a giant container carrier at one of our ports? Or via Latin America and across the border? Or across the Canadian border?

For all practical purposes, if he has the will and chooses to use the resources available to him, his reach is unlimited. To think otherwise to to bury one's head in the sand.
