W L D ; We go through cycles of ( inflation ) right now they say there is
NONE or it's very low like .2%..and that justifies the low interest
rates..( if you buy Gov bonds from here out get the inflation
indexed ones as this NO inflation can't last )
Lock in any fixed low rate loans you can get in the next 6 months.
Stay away from adjustable rates ( on borrowed money )
-------
The only way I can see taht this will resolve itself is
the high horsepower maggots will force Spam to
open the presses up full blast and inflate, inflate
( pay off the liabilities with dollars worth less )
------------
Dollar has been falling since last march.
It just hasn't effected the CPI yet.
the CPI lags..and the FED uses a fudge
factor to keep it lower than it really is.
-----------
You may not remember the Jimmy Carter inflation,
( he caught the heat but it was in the pot before
he even ran for President )
IKE had one too in the 50s , and even used ceiling prices
try to curb it, ya a Republican every one loved..
mandated price controls..( something Republicans say they
never do ) I was 15 at the time and remember it well.

When Liabilities get this big, you have to use cheaper dollars
to pay them off . Don't panic it's not going to happen over night
Even when it does we lived through it before.
