Thanks David. There was a time when I could listen to the prompts on most of the VM's I would get connected to, and know who made the system. The thing about BSN and other SP's is that, as a user, you generally don't know who makes the system. I have PacBell VM at home. I happen to know it is Unisys, but I doubt many others do. Anyway, I am really not that familiar with BSN, as my emphasis has been in smaller SP, and enterprise CPE voice mail (i.e. Octel, CGRM, ROLM-PhoneMail, NT-Meridian, AT&T-Audix, etc). I am getting good education in the low-end CPE now (AVT, ACVC, etc.). Maybe, I should study the high end as well!
In regards to employment opportunities at BSN, I am very happy with my current project. After that, I think I will be looking at some startup opportunities. Life is to short to waste working for big corporations, I'd rather be on a team that makes one (big corp that is)! <g> |
