I’m still leaning to the theory that this a homegrown killer. If the notes or evidence indicated Bin Laden, I think we would see someone other than Moose taking over the investigation.

I agree. Today Ashcroft gave an interview in which he said the investigation would remain in the hands of the local cops. I think if there were any suggestion that terrorists were involved the FBI would be in charge.
