without a 1-3 year bull move<<< it's a little early to say on that but i would think that we should at least bounce back to the declining down channel on the spx or the 200 dma, crashing out the shorts and capitulating the bear bubble before the next decline. The vix has an ugly looking 2x top (ugly for shorts -g-) prechter's new book (i didn't buy it because i figured it was just a rehash of 'the crest of the tidal wave') isn't on the NY times best seller list like 'dow 36,000' or 'the great boom ahead' were in 1999, but recently it was on the top at amazon com.
