Hi, Jorj,

You might want to add ICOS to tomorrow's watch list. Pfizer just got awarded a new patent regarding Viagra. After the bell, Pfizer announced they are suing everybody involved with Cialis, ICOS's competing ED drug that is nearing approval. Marketing partners include Lilly and Bayer, but ICOS developed it, and it's their most advanced drug. It's the pure play here. I have no clue if the suit has good odds of success, but the knee jerk reaction will be to blast ICOS tomorrow, IMO. When the carnage is priced in, buying ICOS for its sepsis drug Pafase might merit consideration.

edit: ICOS has been a full participant in the recent run; should be plenty of people willing to take profits on this news.

Cheers, Tuck
