IMPORTANT - Patent Life on PENNSAID There is one very significant fact brought up by Rebecca tonight that seems to have been ignored by all the posts so far on SH. The patent for PENNSAID expires in 2007 in Canada and 2008 in the US. This is before any likely patent extension in the US which could take that date anywhere from 2011 to 2013. That is a lot of patent protection time folks, and certainly not what many on this board would have you believe. That info did not come from the scrum, but from the comments made during her presentation that will be documented for the world to see. joe
