Well, the DC guy could be Keanu Reeves. 1. He played a serial killer in "The Watcher" 2. His acting is so bad that he couldn't even act innocent, when he really is. He could have a valid and legit alibi like "filming on location in Irkutsk" but the line delivery would be so bad as to make this geographic improbability — suspect. Well, maybe Keanu really is filming in Irkutsk. Who knows? Have you seen him lately? "They do it all the time on those movies. This guy(s) blend in so well after the shooting, could there any 'acting career' before?"
