Funny how that works <g> Imagine if the US were to stop paying billions in energy profits to known terrorist countries, stop giving billions in military support to blood feud combatants like Israel, hadn't trained suicide terrorists in the early 80s, or for that matter hadn't written and distributed terrorist textbooks to millions of Afghani children ... If one considers acceptable the idea that the US is world cop, it is an even stranger concept. As profitable as it might be, you don't see your local police station handing out weapons to warring street gangs, or hiring them in lucrative contracts that pay for their warfare. The street gangs' warfare spills over occasionally into innocent citizens' neighborhoods, just like the M.E. warlords' warfare comes home to roost in the US. With the military, financial and intelligence agency support of the US it's no wonder. Innocent citizens get killed, but it's all highly profitable for the political and business leadership.
