I mean, think about it: "recent" immigrants couldn't so easily slip through the police net... It's clear that the hitwomen move around the area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) like a spider slithers over its cobweb --they are familiar with the area. And when stopped at a trooper checkpoint, they probably don't fumble for their words with a foreign accent... Again, they'd fool the cops with a "Hi, guys!" or "just goin' to pick up my kids!"
