They got the patch they were after, that their search warrants were for, then went wandering off into the wonds looking for others, and found them, but the courts overturned the convictions of those ones because they went too far from their warrant premises. But the coast guard and sheriff's office regularly interdict boats carrying marijuana. Not long ago they got a kayak packed with the stuff. They tend not to go after the individual users that much, but are intent on getting the smugglers and growers, and to some extent the dealers.
