I am guessing that we are on the cusp of finding out the answer, and will do so in 2003.

Folks have invested in both Cisco and the US since November 2000, inexplicably, and have suffered plenty for their flawed judgement. To paraphrased Bill Bonner, folks do not usually get what they expect, but generally receive what they deserve.

In my earlier response to this post of yours, I had written:
