A quick look at Paramount Capitals latest 13D filing showed me something interesting about their purchases of CYPB. Paramount owns 3,124,134 shares (9%). Since their initial purchase in early 1996, Paramount has made some open market purchses. What interested me was how they patiently purchased small number of shares over many days, increasing their ownership, while not pushing the stock price up quickly. I guess they didn't want anyone to know what they were doing.
