Peru Sept Gold Output 14,169 Kgs; +23.0% On Year biz.yahoo.com LIMA -(Dow Jones)- Peru's gold output rose 23% in September to 14,169 kilograms from 11,517 kgs in the same month a year earlier, the Energy and Mines Ministry said Wednesday in a preliminary report. Gold output for the first nine months of the year was 113,600 kgs, a rise of 11.6% compared with the 101,765 kgs produced in the same time frame last year.
