I'm in the same area (Bonita). One trend (admittedly a bit of a stretch to call it a trend) I've noticed recently is of people downsizing from high-end property here because of the effect of this stock market on their cash flow. I should add that it's only 4 "families" so far, but it is vs. hearing no examples in the previous 2 years.
Have you seen anything similar?
If so this will just add to the high-end problem here. I assume you saw the woeful WCI warning recently too.
