It's also my understanding that NextW has other grounds upon which it might be able to actually fight the FCC other than the illegality of the license revocation, so that even if they lose with the Supremes, it's not over. I'll try and get back with what those grounds might be. Additionaly I think that NEXW is not going to run out of money to fight these cases because first of all, Salmasi is a very wealthy guy, but also because the amount of potential winnings is so large that they'll have no trouble finding lawyers to work pro bono..
