"Don't know now if the Bulls or Bears are winning their contest, but the Sharks are definitely cleaning up this week"

Willie Hardin, spokesman for Stick-Co in Bellingham, denied that the popsicle stick manufacturer will be affected by Pfizer's suit which seeks broad protection for its phosphodiesterase (PDE) enzyme inhibitor use patent in erectile dysfunction.
Hardin said that his company's product is derived from biological materials, but actually works better in the claimed domain of use than Pfizer's product. "Also," Hardin added, "we were selling these things before there was a Pfizer. And people were using them too! We believe these claims are without merit, and that we practiced prior art. We will defend viagrously."
Spokesmen for Johnson and Johnson, maker of the "ouch-less" bandaid, did not return calls.

Seems like over-reaching to me. Any judges on the board, kindly reflect on how you've always wanted to kick Pfizer to the curb. |
