I am going to do a more detailed study, but the information that I provided shows that 6 out of the last 12 years, it would not have been the optimal thing to buy the October low. And when you factor in that five of those years were during a massive mania, I believe that there is some merit in being skeptical about jumping on the "seasonality" bandwagon.
