RtS, >the market could be right if it is looking beyond the next couple of quarters to better days ahead. It could also be wrong.< I agree. The market did this once already when it priced semi equips higher early last year. When the expected improvement in business did not materialize, prices dropped again. A chart of AMAT with SEMI bookings shows this home.attbi.com The market may be right this time because more time has gone by. It is disturbing that the market can change its mind in a few days without much new visible news. Gottfried
