Not new news. That was the message sent when Mr Bush spoke at UN a few weeks ago. No so, it's new since last week or this week, when reports only spoke of deadlock and speculated about Bush back-downs. Just saw David Sanger of the NY Times on Charlie Rose. He said the public stance of the Bush administration on the UN was impatience, but the private stance is extreme impatience.
