CNN reporting some sort of police activity in Fredricksburg, MD. Not necessarily a shooting. Perhaps a search or arrest?

Also, CNN reporting that when they nailed those two innocent guys at the pay phone a couple of days ago, the real sniper had actually been there 5 or ten minutes earlier!!!!!!!!!!!! Incredible, if true!!!
