Hm let's see this penetrating question that I was of dubious ability to answer:
Is it considered okay to piss on public buildings in Monaco?
Attempting to answer you with a straight face, let me first point out that Monaco is a principality. Thus it is possible that its (scant) laws do not cover "pissing on public buildings". Now that I think about it, there are probably all of 4-5 public buildings in this country of 1.9 km sq.
Your curiosity might take you to wonder the fate of 'other' buildings. Most buildings, structures, gardens, etc directly or indirectly belong to the Prince, his family, and his friends. I invite you to explore your curiosity to the fullest, and piss on any building here in Monaco. It will probably be dealt with quite swiftly and harshly, a la Guantanamo 'detainees', in all likelihood. Have you heard of the American nurse of Edmond Safra, the banking mogul who was burnt to death in his Monaco penthouse about three years ago? Well, the nurse is suspected of setting the fire in question in hopes of saving his boss and getting a reward. He is still in jail. With no dates in sight for when he might see the light (or publicity) of a court room. Sort of reminds you of Guantanamo, doesn't it? |
