Hey, do you think suicide bombers grow on trees? They have to be recruited, motivated, trained, and delivered. The explosive has to be found, bought, transported, made into a bomb, and installed on the bomber. The bomber then has to be delivered to the target. All the people involved have to eat, drink, sleep, and be motivated. This is not cheap.

Building this kind of organization takes time and money, and can be disrupted by destroying the organization and cutting off their funding. That is why you have seen the bombing drop off.
